That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Soho Stores sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.
“What you pay" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, Soho Stores shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience. Selling prices may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (eg a blue stapler for a red one). If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.
We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication a valid 'opt-out' option will be provided.

All offers and promotions are only guaranteed to approved Account holders only. Maximum quantitys apply on all paper products of 25 units; unless agreed otherwise. If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt. All prices on all promotions exclude VAT. Registration bonus may only be received once from each company/individual approved account address. All offers and promotions are promoted in act of good faith and en trusted to be treated as such. If for any reason we feel these may be being abused we have the right to terminate sale (and any future dealings if we so wish) without compromise. These are additional terms inclusive of all our standard terms (please be advised to read).
